Girls Fall Mini-Sticks
Mini-Sticks is for the first time lacrosse player, who's in kindergarten through 3rd grade. This program is for girls only and teaches the fundamentals of lacrosse. At FVLC that starts with ground balls, passing and shooting. Then progresses into creative play designed to enhance your athlete's enjoyment and knowledge of lacrosse.
Only equipment required is a lacrosse stick.
Practices start Sunday September 8th and will be held at the Fraser Valley Sports Complex.
